Purchasing your Domain Name from ChoiceNames is a simple and secure transaction. For names that we own, we offer a legal contract between buyer and seller to protect both parties. This is a separate process from the transfer requirements of the Registrar. After offer verification and agreement on a purchase price, we will email the completed contract for review, which fully outlines all procedures.

Upon your notice to proceed, we will forward two copies for your execution. Simply return one copy to ChoiceNames along with payment to initiate the final transfer procedure.

Optionally, you may complete, print, and return one executed copy of the contract to us if time is of the essence for your business. Most businesses purchasing Domains from us have elected this option. This is strongly recommended for overseas transactions to accelerate the process by two weeks. We accept facsimiles of the executed agreement as well.

After contract execution, payment is submitted and transfer is completed as described in our 'Payment' and 'Transferring' pages. Any further offers received shall be responded to with a 'pending sale' notice. Upon payment, the name will be listed as sold. Please remember that you dictate the pace with which you are comfortable, and any step may be expedited as required.
